早前，我們的巴基斯坦藉同事Lokman，與我們分享了一則有趣的動畫，介紹他們的節日Eid al-Fitr。 Eid al-Fitr 的中文是「開齋節」。它是伊斯蘭教極為重要的節日，標誌著為期一個月的「齋戒月」(Ramadan) 結束，時間為伊斯蘭曆閃瓦魯月 (Shawwal) 的第 1 天。開齋節是穆斯林慶祝堅定信仰、恢復親友聯繫的和平歡樂節日，重要性類比於華人的農曆新年。

Our Pakistani colleague, Lokman, shared with us an interesting animation about their festival - “Eid al-Fitr” a while ago. "Eid al-Fitr" is an extremely important festival in Islam, marking the end of the month-long month of Ramadan, which falls on the 1st day of Shawwal in the Islamic calendar. Eid al-Fitr is a peaceful and joyful festival for Muslims to celebrate their faith and restore connections with relatives and friends, which is important as our CNY.

Great news from the latest Budget! The proposed one-time tax concession ceiling for the 2025/26 assessment year has been increased to HK$3,000. Pending legislative approval, it is the perfect time to review your tax arrangements.
