国卫会计师事务所有限公司主席兼城大会计学系客座教授及城大会计学系顾问委员会委员郑中正教授于2025年12月8日与香港城市大学(城大)城大商学院院长岑运亨教授会晤。席间，岑院长对郑教授一直以来支持城大商学院致以衷心感谢。

Prof. Raymond Cheng, Chairman of HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited, Adjunct Professor of the Department of Accountancy at CityUHK and Member of the Departmental Advisory Committee of Department of Accountancy at CityUHK, met with Prof. Stephen Shum, Dean of the College of Business of City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) on 8 December 2025. During the meeting, Dean Shum expressed his sincere gratitude to Prof. Cheng for his longstanding support of the CityUHK College of Business.

Prof. Raymond Cheng established a Raymond Cheng HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Scholarships. Since the scholarship’s inception in 2022, Prof. Cheng has consistently demonstrated his commitment to motivate undergraduate students of the Accountancy Department of the College of Business to strive for excellence in the field of accounting and in recognition of their efforts in their studies.

HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited is the winner of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants Football Championship 2024-2025.

Organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (the “HKICPA”), the HKICPA Football Competition has been one of the most popular sporting tournament among our Hong Kong CPAs. HLB Soccer Team has been participating in this competition since 2002 and we were the winner for 2016-2017, 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, 1st runners-up for seven years and 2nd runners-up for one year.

Prof. Raymond Cheng first served the HKICPA as a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board Committee in 1998. He has served the Institute for 27 years in various capacities and as an elected council member for a continuous 15 years seamlessly without a break. He was the longest serving council member to be elected President for 2020-2021 of the HKICPA.

Prof. Raymond Cheng expressed appreciation to the Chairman, the Council and the Nomination Committee of HLB International for their recognition on electing him to the Executive Committee. As an Executive Committee Member, Prof. Cheng vows to make his best contributions to HLB International in the future years.

Prof. Raymond Cheng currently serves as Chairman of HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited, Member of HLBI Strategy Committee and HLBI Capital Market Committee. Prof. Cheng was elected to the HLB International’s Council Member as early as 2010 and has actively participated in the development of HLB International ever since. Prof. Cheng’s extensive governance experience and technical expertise well-positioned him to make further valuable contributions to HLB International.

Prof. Raymond Cheng was the Founding Council Member and the President of the Institute of Accountants Exchange for 2014 and has continuously serves as the support for the Institute since 2005 to promote the development of the young accounting profession.

The Institute of Accountants Exchange aims to provide a platform for Hong Kong young accountants to share their knowledge and experience effectively, and to strengthen the communication between the young accountants in Hong Kong and the Mainland.

【HLB国际亚太区域会议2025】

HLB国际亚太区域会议于2025年7月30日至8月2日在中国上海圆满举行。国卫会计师事务所有限公司主席兼HLBI国际理事、HLBI 策略委员会及 HLBI 资本市场委员会委员郑中正教授，国卫会计师事务所有限公司董事兼HLB国际亚太区副主席田新杰先生，以及国卫会计师事务所有限公司董事余智发先生一同出席了上海会议。郑中正教授并于会上中的座谈会分享他对近期亚太区资本市场发展的想法及见解。作为HLBI大中华区召集人之一，郑中正教授亦主持了HLBI大中华会议。与大中华成员所分享了国内国外最新政策和方向。

HLB International Asia Pacific Regional Conference was successfully held in Shanghai, People's Republic of China from 30 July to 2 August 2025. Prof. Raymond Cheng, Chairman of HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited and Council Member of HLB International, as well as Member of HLBI Strategy Committee and HLBI Capital Market Committee, Mr. Jack Tien, Director of HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited and Deputy Chairman of HLB International for the Asia Pacific region, and Mr. Davis Yu, Director of HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited jointly attended the Shanghai conference. Prof. Raymond Cheng shared his thoughts and insights on recent developments in the capital market of the Asia Pacific region during the seminar at the conference. As one of the convenors of HLBI Greater China Committee, Prof. Raymond Cheng also chaired the HLBI Greater China conference, shared the latest China’s domestic and foreign policies and directions with the members of the Greater China federation.

With the overarching theme of “Innovate, Elevate, Connect” to harness regional strength, HLB explored some of the key trends shaping the global market such as innovation, foreign direct investment and navigating ESG. The conference brought together a diverse group of professionals from various fields, and the knowledge exchange and networking opportunities were truly invaluable. Meanwhile, the conference also connected with colleagues and friends from across the region to deepen relationship.

【香港会计界访京团访问中华人民共和国财政部、中国注册会计师协会及中国证券监督管理委员会】

由香港上市公司审核师协会有限公司及香港会计咨询专家协会组成的香港会计界访京团于2025年7月28日至29日到访北京，国卫会计师事务所有限公司主席、香港上市公司审核师协会有限公司理事郑中正教授为是次访京团员。首日访京团到访中华人民共和国财政部，与财政部党组书记、部长蓝佛安先生会面。财政部党组成员、部长助理舒惠好先生主持工作会议，双方就进一步深化内地与香港专业服务协同联动、加强交流与合作等进行了座谈交流。翌日访京团到访中国注册会计师协会(中注协)，与中注协会长赵鸣骥先生、秘书长江湧先生、副秘书长唐建华先生座谈。双方围绕行业国际化发展、人工智能及可持续发展报告鉴证准则建设等议题展开交流。之后访京团亦拜访了中国证券监督管理委员会，并对国内和香港证券市场发展进行了有建设性的讨论。

郑中正教授现为国卫会计师事务所有限公司主席兼香港会计师公会第 48 届会长，亦为香港上市公司审核师协会有限公司理事，一直积极与中港会计界及内地相关部门保持密切沟通，为推动两地的专业交流与合作不遗余力，贡献良多。

【Hong Kong accounting delegation visited the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China, The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the China Securities Regulatory Commission】

A delegation from Hong Kong’s accounting profession, organized by Hong Kong Association of Registered Public Interest Entity Auditors Limited and Association of Hong Kong Accounting Advisors, visited Beijing from 28 July 2025 to 29 July 2025. Prof. Raymond Cheng, Chairman of HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited and Council Member of Hong Kong Association of Registered Public Interest Entity Auditors Limited, is a member of this delegation. On the first day, the delegation visited the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China, where they met with Mr. Lan Fo'an, Minister of Ministry of Finance. Mr. Shu Huihao, Assistant Minister of Ministry of Finance chaired the working meeting. Both parties held discussions on further deepening the synergy and coordination of professional services between the Mainland and Hong Kong, as well as strengthening exchanges and cooperation. On the following day, the delegation visited the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), holding discussions with Mr. Zhao Mingji, President of CICPA, Mr. Jiang Yong, Secretary General and Mr. Tang Jianhua, Deputy Secretary General. Both parties exchanged views on topics including the international development of the profession, artificial intelligence, and the development of assurance standards for sustainable development reporting. The delegation also visited the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and held fruitful discussions on the developments of the securities market in the the Mainland and Hong Kong SAR.

Prof. Raymond Cheng currently serves as Chairman of HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited and the 48th President of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also acts as Council Member of Hong Kong Association of Registered Public Interest Entity Auditors Limited. Prof. Raymond Cheng has consistently maintained close communication with the accounting communities in Hong Kong and Mainland China, as well as relevant mainland authorities, sparing no effort in promoting professional exchanges and cooperation between Mainland China and Hong Kong SAR, thereby making significant contributions.

【国卫会计师事务所有限公司勇夺2025年度首届香港会计界足球联赛银狮组冠军及香港会计足球队于贵州村超香港赛区预选赛夺冠】

国卫会计师事务所有限公司勇夺2025年度首届香港会计界足球联赛银狮组冠军。

由香港会计足球队主办，香港特别行政区政府财经事务及库务局和审计署支持的首届「香港会计界足球联赛2025」(「A联」) 已于2025年6月28日圆满落幕。经过两个多月共32场激烈赛事后，12支由香港主要会计师事务所及专业机构组成的球队在赛事最后一天于三个组别中竞逐冠军。

HLB 足球队的队长郑智健先生和副队长金家扬先生凭借严谨的部署，成功带领球队夺得银狮组冠军。球队总监郑中正教授（国卫会计师事务所有限公司主席）和球队协调主任余智发先生（国卫会计师事务所有限公司董事）在整个赛事中提供战术指导及策略监督。

2025年7月27日，「庆祝回归贵州村超2025香港赛区预选赛」决赛在赛马会香港足球总会足球训练中心举行。4支代表香港多元社群的球队在经过三个星期的激烈角逐，由香港会计足球队夺冠。香港会计足球队为香港会计届的足球精英所组成，成员包括HLB 足球队队长郑智健先生和副队长金家扬先生，他们於8月代表香港赛区参加贵州村超全国赛，郑智健先生为是次村超香港会计足球队队长。

【HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited crowned Champion of the Silver Lions Division in the first Hong Kong Accountants Football League 2025 and Hong Kong Accountants Football Team wins Championship in Guizhou Village Super League 2025 Hong Kong Regional Qualifying Tournament】

HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited is the winner of the Silver Lions Division in the first Hong Kong Accountants Football League 2025.

Organised by the Hong Kong Accountants Football Team and supported by the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau and the Audit Commission of the HKSAR Government, the inaugural “Hong Kong Accountants Football League 2025” (A联) came to a successful conclusion on 28 Jun 2025. After two months and 32 intense matches, the tournament culminated on its final day with 12 teams from Hong Kong major accounting firms and professional bodies competing across three divisions.

Mr. Kenneth Cheng, the captain of HLB Soccer Team and Mr. Jeremy Kam, the vice-captain of HLB Soccer Team successfully led the team’s championship campaign through disciplined leadership, securing the Silver Lions title. The team director Prof. Raymond Cheng (the Chairman of HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited) and the team co-ordinator Mr. Davis Yu (Director of HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited) provided tactical mastery and strategic oversight throughout the tournament.

On 27 Jul 2025, the Hong Kong Accountants Football Team wins the championship of the “Celebrating the Return of Guizhou Village Super League 2025 Hong Kong Qualifying Tournament” took place at Jockey Club HKFA Football Training Centre. 4 teams representing Hong Kong’s diverse communities competed fiercely over three weeks, with the Hong Kong Accountants Football Team emerging victorious. The Hong Kong Accountants Football Team is composed of football elites from the Hong Kong accounting profession, including Mr. Kenneth Cheng, the captain of HLB Soccer Team and Mr. Jeremy Kam, the vice-captain of HLB Soccer Team. They represented the Hong Kong region at the Guizhou Village Super League National Championship in August. Mr. Kenneth Cheng is also the captain of the Hong Kong Accountants Football Team for the Village Super League.

Congratulations once again to the HLB Soccer Team and Hong Kong Accountants Football Team.
