The art of delegation and effective use of your time, could certainly be a deciding factor in the success or otherwise, of your business. I have experienced this personally, very early on in my entrepreneurship journey. It is easy to fall into the trap of Superhero Syndrome. I can do everything myself and when I do it, it gives me an enormous level of satisfaction.
