The Hong Kong Investor Relations Association (HKIRA) was delighted to host an exclusive guided tour to the "Home of Chow Tai F**k," the group's first global flagship store on Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, on July 14, 2026.

Webinar PPT ready to be downloaded! Highlights of "HKIRA X Notified Webinar: The Global AI Shift: What It Means for Investor Relations Practitioners”

The Hong Kong Investor Relations Association (HKIRA) was delighted to host the webinar, "Winning in the Answer Engine Economy: AI, IR, and the New Visibility Playbook" on 11 June 2026. We thank the over 30 participants for their active engagement.

The seminar featured presentations from Melanie Morfill and Khoo Chong Thye of Notified, and Rob van Alphen of Polaris Digital, who provided HKIRA members with a practical framework for how AI and large language models are reshaping investor discovery and perception of corporate narratives. The session highlighted that structure, not brand size, now drives AI visibility, and introduced a new playbook for influence in today's AI-driven investment landscape. Through a real-world case study, the speakers showed how a smaller company outpaced a mega-cap peer in AI citations.

During Q&A, the panel addressed several key questions. Big companies do not always win in AI visibility — content structure and clarity matter more than volume. Ownership of AI visibility KPIs is a shared responsibility among marketing, corporate communications and IR teams. For practical first steps, Hong Kong IR teams should focus on structured, machine-readable content and write for both human and AI audiences.
