Strengthening Audit Expertise Through Continuous Learning! 📚✨

SW Indonesia menyelenggarakan Program Internal Training Auditor 2026 (PINTAR) – Insurance Topic secara berkala selama periode Juni hingga September 2026. Program ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kompetensi auditor dalam menghadapi karakteristik, praktik, serta aspek regulasi di industri asuransi dan Industri Keuangan Non-Bank (IKNB).

Melalui rangkaian pelatihan yang terbagi dalam beberapa level, mulai dari Beginner hingga Advance+, para auditor memperdalam pemahaman mengenai konsep dasar asuransi, coinsurance dan reinsurance, PSAK 117, serta regulasi dan kepatuhan yang relevan. Program ini juga memperkuat audit awareness dalam mengidentifikasi risiko dan aspek khusus yang perlu diperhatikan selama proses audit entitas asuransi dan IKNB.

Strengthening Audit Expertise Through Continuous Learning! 📚✨

SW Indonesia held its Program Internal Training Auditor 2026 (PINTAR) – Insurance Topic on a regular basis from June to September 2026. This training program was designed to enhance auditors’ knowledge and competencies in understanding the characteristics, practices, and regulatory aspects of the insurance industry and the Non-Bank Financial Industry (IKNB).

Through a series of training sessions across multiple levels, from Beginner to Advance+, auditors deepened their understanding of insurance fundamentals, coinsurance and reinsurance, PSAK 117, as well as relevant regulatory and compliance requirements. The program also aimed to strengthen audit awareness and equip auditors with the knowledge to identify key considerations when conducting audits of insurance entities and other non-bank financial institutions.

Through continuous learning and professional development, SW Indonesia remains committed to enhancing audit competencies, strengthening audit quality, and upholding professional standards in every engagement.

Save Water, Save Ake Gaale

đź’§ Ensure Availability and Sustainable Management of Water and Sanitation for Ternate

As part of our commitment to supporting Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 6: Clean Water and Sanitation, SW Indonesia carried out a CSR initiative in Ternate in collaboration with Ake Gaale, focusing on water conservation and environmental sustainability in Kelurahan Sangaji.

The Ake Gaale community has been actively involved in preserving the Ake Gaale water source and protecting the surrounding environment. One of its initiatives is the development and maintenance of a rainwater retention pond, which helps sustain water availability in Sangaji while reducing the risk of seawater intrusion.

Beyond water conservation, the retention pond also supports freshwater fish farming, including tilapia and mujair, creating additional benefits for the local community.

Through this CSR initiative, SW Indonesia supported the community through several activities, including Community Sharing, Educational Visits to the Water Source and Retention Pond, Water Pump Installation, and Water Channel Cleaning.

Together, we take meaningful steps toward protecting water resources, strengthening communities, and building a more sustainable future. 🌱💧

Through the Health Talk: Basic Life Support & Emergency Cases, SW people gained knowledge and hands-on experience in responding to emergency situations, including learning the proper technique for chest compressions (CPR).

This activity was held in collaboration with PJPK Sint Carolus and St. Carolus Hospital Summarecon Serpong, as part of our efforts to enhance awareness and preparedness among SW people in responding to emergency situations around us.

PERMENAKER 7/2026: NEW PROVISIONS ON OUTSOURCING

The Indonesian Ministry of Manpower has issued Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 7 of 2026 (Permenaker 7/2026), introducing updated provisions on outsourcing, including the types and fields of work that may be outsourced, worker protection, outsourcing agreement registration, obligations of the parties, and transitional provisions.

These changes highlight several aspects that Work-Providing Companies and Outsourcing Companies need to understand. Under the transitional provisions, existing Outsourcing Agreements remain valid until the end of their respective terms, while the existing types and fields of outsourced work must be adjusted to comply with Permenaker 7/2026 no later than 2 (two) years from the date of its promulgation.

PMK Nomor 55 Tahun 2026 mengatur lebih lanjut mengenai profesi Konsultan Pajak, mulai dari layanan yang dapat diberikan, kewajiban profesional, hingga ketentuan mengenai Kantor Konsultan Pajak.

Konsultan Pajak dapat memberikan berbagai layanan perpajakan, seperti tax planning, konsultasi, pendampingan pemeriksaan dan sengketa pajak, hingga penyusunan dokumen perpajakan sesuai kewenangan yang dimiliki.
Dalam menjalankan profesinya, Konsultan Pajak juga wajib memenuhi standar praktik profesi, mematuhi kode etik, menjaga independensi, mengikuti Pendidikan Profesional Berkelanjutan (PPL), serta memenuhi kewajiban pelaporan.

PMK Number 55 of 2026 further regulates the Tax Consultant profession, covering the services that may be provided, professional obligations, and requirements for Tax Consultant Offices.

Tax Consultants may provide various tax-related services, including tax planning, tax consultations, tax audit and dispute assistance, as well as the preparation of tax documents within their respective scope of authority. In carrying out their profession, Tax Consultants are also required to comply with the code of ethics and professional practice standards, maintain independence, participate in Continuing Professional Education (PPL), and fulfill reporting obligations.
