נכון - בינ"מ (AI) 'מתפוצצת' בכל תחום בעולם? נכון מדברים על כך שלא יהיה עוד צורך במתכנתים? בעו"ד? ו.. ברו"ח?? בזכות העובדה שכבר משנת 2021 אני מרצה ומכשירה עו"ד, רו"ח ומנ' השקעות - על שימושי בינ"מ, הקמתי לפני כשנתיים את וועדת בינת מלאכותית לכלכלה הישראלית במסגרת לשכת רו"ח, ואפילו שימשתי קו-יו"ר הוועדה והובלתי עם הקו-יו"ר שני קורסי עומק בני 7-8 שבועות בלשכה, הובלתי 6 קורסי עומק פרטיים ב'חשבים' הנהדרים, ועוד המוני הכשרות במשרדי עו"ד, רו"ח ויוע"מ.

אבל בכללללל הכנסים המקצועיים אליהם הוזמנתי כל חודש להרצות - באירופה, דובאי, ברזיל - גיליתי שרוב המשתתפים מאופיינים בממוקד: כולםן אנשי.ות השקעות! אלה שמשתמשים אמנם בשירותי עו"ד, שירותי רו"ח, וכלכלנים - אבל הםן אלה שבפועל עושיםות את העסקים!

אז הגיע הזמן גם בישראל, להעמיק את השימוש בבינ"מ - דווקא בבתי ההשקעות, או לכל הפחות - בגופים הפיננסיים שמנהלים כספים של הציבור. עבור הללו, האחריות הרגולטורית, הזהירות, החובות ובעיקר החבויות המשפטיות - נרחבים פי כמה, ודורשים לא רק הכשרה, אלא הקפדה שוטפת ובקרה תמידית.

בשנת 2026 בחרנו בגוף השקעות ייחודי העושה שימוש (מבריק, לעניות דעתי) בפלטפורמה מדהימה, שמרכיבה ו'מייצרת' מוצרים פיננסיים בנקאיים לכאורה 'משעממים' או סולידיים - לפי התאמה מושלמת. לחלוטין לא ברור לי 'איך לא חשבו על זה קודם'!! איך זה לא היה קיים בכל השנים הבנקאיות עד כה??

הפלטפורמה שלהם, בונה מוצר פיננסי בנקאי, סולידי - על בסיס מרכיבים ואלמנטים לפי התאמה מדויקת, והיא פשוטה כמעט כמו לבנות בלגו!
נכון, זה יותר דומה ללגו הנדסי, לגו NXT, לגו EVO... אבל הבנים שלי, שמתחרים ומתנדבים בתחרויות הרובוטיקה ולגו של @פירסט - טוענים שהפלטפורמה הזו יותר פשוטה מהרובוטים שהם מתכנתים ומרכיבים לתחרויות. אז בטח אנחנו המבוגרים - יכולים לבנות את זה, גם!

בפוסטים הבאים, אשתף עוד מההתלהבויות מהפלטפורמה שלהם, היבטים משפטיים, רגולטוריים, מיסויים וחשבונאיים, והנה לנו המחשה נהדרת לביטוי המדויק לפיו: "אתם לא תוחלפו ע"י בינ"מ AI, אבל ללא ספק תוחלפו ע"י מי שמשתמש.ת בבינ"מ AI ! ".
Isn't it that AI is “exploding” in every arena? That AI will replace programmers? Lawyers? Accountants??Ever since 2021, I’ve been lecturing and training lawyers, accountants, and investment managers on professional uses of AI.

Two years ago I founded the AI Committee for Israeli Economy, in the CPA Bar, and Co-chaired the committee and co‑led two intensive 7–8‑week courses at the CPA Bar. I had led six private deep‑dive courses at at the great “Hashavim” Company, plus many more trainings for law firms, accounting firms, and tax consultants.

But in all professional conferences I was invited to speak, every month - in Europe, Dubai, Brazil - I discovered that most participants shared a common trait: they were all investment professionals!
People who certainly use the services of lawyers, accountants, and economists — but are the ones actually doing the business!

Time has come in Israel as well, to deepen the use of AI specifically in investment firms, or at the very least in financial institutions managing the public’s funds.

For these entities, regulatory diligence, caution, obligations, and especially legal liabilities are far broader — and require not only training, but ongoing training and continuous audit.

In 2026, we chose a unique investment firm that uses (brilliantly, IMO) an amazing platform that assembles and “creates” financial banking products that are seemingly “boring” or conservative — but with perfect customization. I honestly don’t get how it hasn’t been done so far! How did this not exist throughout all the years of financial banking products until now??

Their platform builds a conservative financial banking product based on components and elements fully customized, tailored with precision, and is almost as simple as building with Lego!

True, it’s more like engineering Lego, ‘NXT’, ‘EVO’ style. But my boys, who compete and volunteer in FIRST Robotics and Lego competitions, claim this platform is simpler than the robots they program and assemble for competitions! So surely we, adults - can build it too!
