working Since 2022 as Insurance & Loan Consultant

In these 3 + Years I had seen Far things Changed in Insurance Industry

But Last Major Thing was on 22nd September GST Removal From Health & Life Insurance

Was Little Happy with it Beacuse it will Help
our Clients to Get Health & Life Insurance
at Lower Rates also they Can get high Coverage with Nominal Rates

But Many Companies are Changing things
Rapidly

Kindly Understand Below things before Coming to Main Point

1. What if one Reduces your Salary /Consultancy Charges Without asking you/ Business Profit

2. The So Called Professionals Who has never visited To Client Place to Get Insurance they Get Salary + Commission
there Curriculum Remains Unsung

3. Also Companies tag us with Producer/ Partner will they Share Even 0.00001% of there of Profit

4. we work till our Socks Get off without any fix Income Maintain Relationship with Clients on behalf of Companies for peanuts
now they are trying to make it even smaller

Day by Day they Are trying to Strangle our
Agency Consultancy/Business

**Main Point they had Reduced 18% Commission on Every 1000 Earning
Because they are Unable to get
Income Tax Credit ITC

One Question for Companies
1. Will they Increase our Commission
if GST was Increased by 2 or 3% ...?

also am not here to Criticise anyone but you can see how the things are getting Worst Day by Day

May if u People from Insurance Industry
takes Step then things will be Changed
otherwise there will be Survival Issue to
Sales Professionals of Insurance Industry
in near Future
