LATE FEE ON DELAY IN FILING INCOME TAX RETURN FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31ST MARCH, 2018 (Asst.Yr: 2018-19) under sec. 234F:

1. If Return filed during 01/04/2018 – 31/07/2018 : Late Fee NIL

2. If Return filed during 01/08/2018 – 31/12/2018 : Late fee Rs. 5000 (Five Thousand)
If total income does not exceed Rs.5 Lakhs then this Late fee will be restricted to Rs.1000 only.

3. If Return filed during 01/01/2019 – 31/03/2019 : Late Fee Rs.10000 (Ten Thousand).
If total income does not exceed Rs.5 Lakhs then this Late Fee will be restricted to Rs.1000 only.
Better Get your ITR filed by 30/06/2018
to avoid last moment panic due to any technical problem such as AADHAR mismatch, server problem, personal problem, etc.

TIME FOR LINKING AADHAAR WITH PAN IS EXTENDED TILL 30TH JUNE 2018.

Dear friend,

તમામ ઈન્કમટેકસ રિટર્ન ફાઈલ કર્તા મિત્રો ને જણાવવાનું કે જો આપ વર્ષ ૨૦૧૫-૨૦૧૬ અને ૨૦૧૬-૨૦૧૭ નું રિટર્ન ફાઈલ કરવાનું નું ભૂલી ગયેલા હોય તો ૩૧.૩.૨૦૧૮ સુધી માં ફાઈલ કરાવવી લેવું. ઈન્કટેકસ ના નવા નિયમ મુજબ ૩૧.૦૩.૨૦૧૮ પછી આપ છેલ્લા એક જ વર્ષ નું એટલે કે ૨૦૧૭-૨૦૧૮ નું રિટર્ન ફાઈલ કરવી શકસો અને જો આપ ૨૦૧૭ -૨૦૧૮ ના પહેલા ના રિટર્ન ફાઇલ કરાવવા માગશો તો ઈન્કટેકસ અધિકારી ની પરવાનગી લેવી પડશે અને સાથે જ ૫૦૦૦ નો દંડ ભરવાનો રહેશે.

અને જો આપ ૩ વર્ષ ના રિટર્ન ભરવના ચૂકી જશો તો લોન લેવા માટે આપ ને બીજા ૨ વર્ષ સુધી રાહ જોવી પડશે માટે બને એટલા જલ્દી ૩૧.૩.૧૮ ની રાહ જોયા વગર આપ રિટર્ન ફાઈલ કરાવી લેવું.
