Received a notice u/s133(6) in case of company which is incorporated in the month of April 21 and started its business on December 21 asking details about share trading transactions in financial year 2018 19 with another company in whose case search is going on. Shocking to note that after digitization a d introduction of new portal, Department has all information at its fingertips. Just on click of pan search, Department could find out entire profile of my company. Its question of common sense how one can enter into transactions without its birth itself !!!!
