GST UPDATE
Key Decission taken by GST council in its 26th meeting held on 10th March 2018:
• Council decided to continue current system of filing Form GSTR 3B for next 3 Months.
• E-way bill for Inter-state movement of goods to become mandatory from 1st April 2018.
• E-way bill for Intra-state movement of goods will be rolled out from 15th April 2018 in stages.
• Reverse charge applicability on supply from unregistered person is deferred till July 2018.
• Certain tax exemptions which were earlier given to exporters till March 2018 has been extended for a further period of 6 months.
