📉 The annualized return (CAGR) works out to be only ~7.5% per year.

💡 This is one of the most common ways investors get influenced.

🏡 Real Estate...
🛡️ Traditional Insurance.....are often presented by highlighting the Total Return (%) rather than the Annual Return (CAGR/XIRR).

❌ Don't ask:
💰 "How much profit did I make?"

✅ Instead ask:
📊 "What was my annual rate of return?"
