Very Poor Support of Voltas AC- I will not recommend Voltas products to anyone in the future.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction with the service provided for my Voltas air conditioner.
I registered a complaint on 2nd April for a compressor replacement. Despite multiple follow-ups and more than 25 days having passed, no technician or service representative has attended to the issue. The delay has caused severe inconvenience, especially during the intense summer heat, making the living conditions extremely difficult.
Whenever I contact customer care, I am informed that my complaint has been marked as a priority. However, no action is taken, and the service center does not respond properly. Calls are often not answered, and I am repeatedly told that the issue is being handled, but no service personnel has visited so far.
