The market experienced a wild bounce in the last quarter, with the Sensex rising 12%, compared to the mid-cap index's 18% gain and the small-cap index's 23% gain. The sector valuation relative to the 10 year PE and PB average is shown in the figure chart.

Valuation Still attractive for Mid & Small cap compared to 10 Year average for PE.

Auto, Banking, Consumer discretionary, and utilities sectors are undervalued according to 10 year average PE.

Sensex, consumer durables, Oil & Metals are overvalued when compared to 10 year average PE.
