We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Executive to join our growing team. If you have a strong grasp of global logistics, supply chain operations, and seamless documentation management, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Management: Handle end-to-end export documentation, including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bill of Lading (B/L), and Airway Bills (AWB).
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and custom brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
Compliance: Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations, customs laws, and local government policies.
Bank & LC Procedures: Manage Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and bank submissions for smooth payment clearance.
Tracking & Reporting: Track shipments from dispatch to final delivery and provide regular status updates to management and clients.
Problem Solving: Resolve any shipment delays, customs queries, or transit issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience as an Export Executive or in a similar international logistics role.

Skills:

Deep understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
Strong negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
