IMPORTANT FINANCIAL LIMITS 2025 FOR UPI 1.Transaction Limit per day is 1 Lakh
2.Business receipts through UPI upto 20
Lakh year if no GST number
If you have GST number no limit but
make sure to properly record all
transaction in books
3.Never give cash against UPI
Never accept UPI for other person
4.Loan accepted or repaid though UPI
must be adjusted through banking
channel only. Also make sure to adjust
through same bank account.
5.UPI payment received as gift above
50000 in FY are taxable. However these
gift is not taxable if received as gift ore
receive on wedding
