Street Cause carries forward the tradition of conveying its appreciation towards the work done by organizations in Hyderabad by honoring them with various awards. This year, public consensus is being taken into account through this poll. The poll will contribute 60% to the final decision whereas the rest 40% is based on the analysis of work done and services rendered. There are 3 categories of awards. Vote away!

It has been one great year for STREET CAUSE PLC in its initial stages. Our team worked really very hard and made sure that we reached out to the root cause of every issue we worked upon and rendered our services in the best way possible. We proudly say that every penny of our donations were put into the right place and were used to serve the needy in the best way possible. We Thank all our Volunteers and Donor's for their extended support and encouragement throughout the year. we are looking forward to carry the same kind of association in the coming years. Place: Govt. Primary and High School, Warangal.
Event name: Sports item donation.
Department: Education.
Amount spent: Rs.2100/-
Description: Sports have great and significant value in student's life. Extracurricular activities empower them to make their own active decisions and also help them to gain an experience, skills and confidence to lead them on the path of their future. Through participation in sports and different games students learn co-operation, teamwork, leadership methods and many management skills.
For bringing up a healthy spirit of competition among the students and also to ensure an all rounder personality of a student sports facility should be available in all the schools. After talking to the headmaster of the school about this, we got to know that the school doesn't have any sports facility for the students. Headmaster gave us a list of items they needed for the sports facility and then we distributed the sports items in the school.

Place: Dr.M.S.R.Oldage Home, D.D.Colony.
Event name: Providing Medicines & Fruits for sugar patients.
Department: Oldage Home.
Amount spent: Rs.500/-
Description: This old age home shelters around 40+ aged people. We interacted with them and arranged some recreation for them. We gave them medicines like paracetamol. citrizen, iodine ointments and other basic medicines for cold. We gave various kinds of fruits which are good for the aged and sugar patients.

Place: Aman Vedika Orphanage, Musheerabad.
Event name: Beat the Heat.
Department: Social Impact.
Amount spent: Rs.200/-
Description: With the temperature in the city soaring, the most affected people are young kids and grandparents. Street Cause PLC felt it would be ideal to provide some kind of relief from the scorching heat. We helped cool down the temperature by painting the roof with cool paint at the orphanage. We spent some time with the children in the orphanage before painting the roof.

Place: People with Hearing Impaired Network (PHIN) school and Orphanage, Malakpet.
Event name: Providing Homeopathy medicine.
Department: Education & Orphanages.
Amount spent: Rs.0/-
Description: As the summer heat began, Chicken Pox started to show its effect. Around 10 children in the orphanage have already been effected with chicken pox and it started spreading wildly among the other children. The members of Street Cause PLC took up the initiative to medicate the children to prevent them from being effected by the disease.

Event name: Quiz competition.
Departmet: Environment.

Description: Awareness is not just about informing people about an issue. But also a proper feedback as to how the information has been interpreted by the listeners. That is exactly what SC PLC has done.

It is when people think about a certain topic that they get the essence of the teaching. The members of the school were so keen in grasping new information through some selective environment videos shown and they managed decently well to answer the whole 'post awareness quiz' and the best performers were rewarded.
