Working class- Attention

Daily working hrs of employees should not exceed 10 hours.
Weekly working hrs not be 48 hours
Anything beyond 48 hrs, employees are entitled for extra wages.

You must have a Term Insurance if you have financial & emotional liabilities.

Financial liabilities = Home loan, Vehicle etc

Emotional liabilities = Child education, Child marriage etc

🚨Claim Rejection

A Court in Ludhiana fines Star Health for rejecting a claim

The complainant's son was hospitalized with viral fever and thrombocytopenia.

Star Health rejected the claim stating that hospitalisation was not required(as per their medical team)

Star Health did not provide any proof that their medical team verified the records.
Star Health also did not provide evidence on why the hospitalisation was not required?

The court awarded the claim to the complainant with interest and on top of asked Star Health to pay a compensation of Rs 10,000!😱😱
