📌 MCA General Circular No. 04/2025 – Extension of DIR-3 KYC

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued General Circular No. 04/2025 dated 29th September 2025, extending the last date for filing e-form DIR-3 KYC and web-form DIR-3 KYC-WEB.

🗓️ New Due Date: 15th October 2025
💰 Filing Fee: NIL (no late fee till the extended date)

🔎 Key Point:
This extension has been granted after considering representations from stakeholders and is issued with the approval of the Competent Authority.

👉 All DIN holders must ensure timely filing to avoid deactivation of DIN and a late fee after the extended date.

2017- 18, 2018- 19, 2019-20, 2020-21 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷങ്ങളിലെ ഇൻപുട് ടാക്സ് ക്രെഡിറ്റ്, സെക്ഷൻ 16(4) പ്രകാരമുള്ള സമയപരിധി കഴിഞ്ഞ് എടുത്തു എന്ന കാരണത്താൽ മാത്രം, സെക്ഷൻ 73 ലോ 74 ലോ നികുതി കുടിശ്ശിക ഉള്ളവർക്ക്, പ്രസ്തുത ഇൻപുട് ടാക്സ് ക്രെഡിറ്റ് 2021 നവംബർ 30 നുള്ളിൽ എടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, 2025 ഏപ്രിൽ 7 നുള്ളിൽ Rectification അപേക്ഷയും Annexure A യും ഫയൽ ചെയ്ത് പ്രസ്തുത നികുതി കുടിശ്ശിക പൂർണ്ണമായും ഒഴിവാക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

Advisory on GSTR-2B

In case the taxpayer has not filed their previous period GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B will not be generated by the system. Such taxpayers need to file their pending GSTR-3B in order to generate GSTR-2B on demand.

For example, if the taxpayer has not filed GSTR-3B for September-2024, their GSTR-2B for October-2024 will not be generated. Once the taxpayer files their GSTR-3B for September-2024, they will be able to generate their GSTR-2B for October-2024 by clicking the "Compute GSTR-2B (OCT 2024)" button on the IMS dashboard.
