Grateful 🙏and blessed😇 to render another PAN India session on ' Certificate Course on POSH' organised by .

It was amazing to deliver the session on the auspicious days of ongoing festivities of Ganesh Chaturthi and Das Lakshri Parv observed by Jains.

I seek fascinating symbolic connections with Lord Ganesha and Lord Mahavira with the topic I had to deliver upon.

The topic resonates with the reminder to remove the difficulties, strive for the knowledge, maintain an eye of details, balancing precision with problem solving skills and uphold trust and ethics, as preached by the Gods.

I embraced these virtues and delivered the session to the amazing participants.

Overwhelmed to receive such an amazing opportunity and serve my Alma Mater.

Humbled and delighted to receive the opportunity to deliver a 2 hours session on Certificate Course on POSH organised by ICSI.

It's always been a matter of pride and honour to deliver sessions in the Institute who is my Alma Mater.

When the opportunity knocked my inbox, I knew, it has not to be missed!
It was something that I have always dreamt of and just the reading of the opportunity gave me goosebumps.

Much ahead, to deliver the best, I engrossed myself in preparing the slides- what the POSH Act and Rules say, general skills to develop and of course the challenges and things to understand once you enter POSH practice.

The day arrived.! As the time got nearer, I was anxious and was amazed to feel the sharp memories and moments made me nostalgic.

I started with an ice breaker session by delivering the POSH law, tips and tricks, skill sets to be developed, the emotional quotient one needs to have, the goals, the culture and explained my pictorial representations in friendliest terms.

Towards the end of the session, the feedbacks received made my day!

Each journey starts with small steps and my vision is to empower the curious minds.

It's a viscous circle where you give and take!

Krishna ❤ you with all your perfections and imperfections.

HE doesn't do anything without a purpose. In his incarnations on Earth, he faced multiple problems, with a smile😊. He faced demons, accepted the curse of Gandhari, agreed to ride the chariot of Arjun, but never forgot to 😊 and stay calm.

The Supreme, wants us to understand that difficulties are facet of life which we all can overcome with our calmness and 😊 and that such are short lived. Solutions to every problem lies within our hearts❤, but fail miserably to listen to the voice.

The Almighty ❤ you unconditionally and that's enough a reson for you to stay happy😊.

Heard the conversations and read the press releases of Manoj Muntashir regarding dialogues delivery in movie.

He is ironically defending himself by saying that the glorious story is re-designed so that the youth of today can connect and that the version has been delivered by our grandparents.

Just want to question
1) Do you encourage our youth to use such foul language?
2) In my bewildered dreams, I cannot think that your grandparents had delivered you the famous epic in this dialect
3) If it is not inspired from the famous epic, why the team took the help of " Jai Shree Ram" Slogans?
