The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), vide General Circular No. 05/2025 dated 15th October, 2025, has extended the timeline for filing Form DIR-3 KYC and DIR-3 KYC Web without payment of additional fees.

🗓️ New deadline: 31st October, 2025

🚨 Avoid last-minute rush on the MCA portal!

The Last date for filing Form AOC-4/ AOC-4 (XBRL)/ AOC-4 (CFS)/ AOC-4 CFS NBFC (Ind-AS)/ AOC-4 NBFC (Ind-AS) is 29th October, 2025, for companies that have conducted their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 30th September, 2025.
