Before you buy another insurance policy… pause for a moment.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that good financial planning starts with choosing aproduct.

In reality, it starts with understanding your situation. Whenever someone asks me, "Which insurance policy should I buy?",

I rarely answer thatquestion immediately.

Instead, I begin with five questions:
✔ Who depends on your income?
✔ If something happened tomorrow, how many years of financial support would your family
need?
✔ What insurance cover do you already have?
✔ Do you have outstanding loans or other major financial commitments?
✔ Has your income or family situation changed since you last reviewed your cover?

The answers often change the recommendation.
Sometimes a person genuinely needs more cover.
Sometimes they already have enough.

Sometimes the biggest gap isn't insurance—it's emergency savings or estate planning.

That's why financial planning is about understanding your life first, not selling a product.

💬 Question for you:

When was the last time you reviewed your insurance—not just bought a policy?
Comment TODAY, THIS YEAR, or CAN'T REMEMBER.

📩 DM REVIEW if you'd like to go through the same insurance review framework I use with
clients.

Should you pay off your home loan early… or invest the money instead?

It's one of the most common questions I hear from homeowners.

The instinct is often to compare one number:
Home loan interest rate vs expected investment returns. But that's only part of the picture.

A good financial decision also considers:
✔ Your emergency fund
✔ Your retirement progress
✔ Your cash flow
✔ Your comfort with debt
✔ Your long-term goals

Sometimes paying down the loan is the right choice.

Sometimes investing is the better choice.

Sometimes the smartest answer is a combination of both.

That's why financial planning is about building a strategy, not finding a universal rule.

💬 Imagine you received a ₹10 lakh bonus tomorrow. Would you:

🏠 Reduce your home loan or
📈 Invest it?

Comment LOAN or INVEST—I'd love to know your thinking.

📩 DM LOAN if you'd like my Home Loan Decision Framework to help you evaluate yourown situation.

Should you buy a house…
or continue renting? It's one of the most emotional financial decisions most families make.

And unfortunately, many people start with the wrong question:

"Which option gives me better returns?"

That's important—but it isn't the whole picture.
A home is more than an investment.

It's also where you'll build memories, raise a family, and shape your lifestyle.

At the same time, a large EMI can affect:
• Your monthly cash flow
• Your retirement savings
• Your emergency fund
• Your ability to pursue other goal S

That's why I don't believe there's a universal answer.

Instead, I encourage clients to ask five questions before making the decision.

Because the right home is one that fits your financial plan, not just your budget.

💬 I'd love to hear your view.

If you had ₹40 lakh today, would you:

🏠 Buy a home
or
📈 Continue renting and investing?

Comment BUY or RENT before reading what others have written.

📩 DM HOME if you'd like my Home Buying Decision Checklist—the same framework I use
in client discussions.

Have you ever said...
"I'll start investing next month.".

You're not alone.

Many people delay investing because they believe one of these myths:

❌ I need a lot of money.
❌ I'll wait for the markets to settle.
❌ I'll invest after I earn more.
❌ I need to find the perfect investment first.

The reality?

Building wealth is usually less about perfect timing and more about consistent habits.

A financial plan should be built around:

✔ Your goals
✔ Your time horizon
✔ Your comfort with risk
✔ Regular reviews as life changed

Investing isn't about getting every decision right.
It's about making thoughtful decisions consistently over time.

If you've been waiting to start,

DM me "READY TO START"and tell me:

📍Your age
📍Your financial goal 📍Whether you've invested before
I'll help you understand what your next step could be.

DM me "POOJA CHANGED" — yes, that exact phrase.

I'll know you really read this. And I'll
review your mutual fund portfolio for free. First look. No obligation. No pitch.

Every parent dreams of giving their child the best possible future.

But one question often gets postponed:

"Are we financially preparing for it?"

Education planning isn't about predicting exactly what college willcost years from now.

It's about giving yourself enough time and flexibility to prepare forwhatever path your child chooses.

A few questions worth asking:

✔ Have you started a dedicated education fund?
✔ Is it separate from your retirement savings?
✔ Do you review it regularly as your income and family needschange?
✔ Have you considered whether your child may choose to study inIndia or abroad?

The best education plan isn't necessarily the most complicated.

It's the one that evolves with your family's goals.
If you'd like to understand where you currently stand

DM me "CHILD PLAN" and tell me:

👧 Your child's age
🎯 Your education goal (India / Abroad / Not Sure)
💰 Whether you've already started saving I'll help you understand the next steps based on your family'sgoals.

Most people check one number when they open their bank account.

The balance.

But there's another number that matters just as much.

What that money can actually buy.

That's where inflation quietly makes a difference.

Your savings may grow over time, but so can the cost of groceries, healthcare, education
and everyday living.

Saving money is essential.

Keeping an emergency fund is essential.

But for long-term goals, it's also important to ask whether your money has the opportunity to
keep pace with your future needs.

A simple way to think about it:

🟢 Keep emergency money easily accessible.
🟡 Match your investments to your medium-term goals.
🔵 Plan for long-term growth based on your goals, time horizon and comfort with risk.

Every rupee doesn't need to do the same job.
If you're unsure whether your current savings and investments are aligned with your future
goals.

DM me "INFLATION PLAN" with

• Your age
• Your biggest financial goal
• Where most of your money is currently kept (Savings Account / FD / Investments)

I'll help you identify whether your current approach is aligned with your goals.

You're probably insured... but is your family truly protected? 🤔

Many Indian families make these 5 common insurance mistakes without even realizing it. A policy alone doesn't guarantee financial security.

✅ Is your cover enough? ✅ Have you reviewed it recently? ✅ Will it cover your loans and your family's future?

Don't leave your loved ones unprotected. ❤️

📩 DM "INSURANCE REVIEW" with: • Age • Annual Income • Existing Life Insurance Cover • Outstanding Loans

I'll help you understand if your family is adequately protected—or where the gaps are.

🌍 Are you an NRI earning income from India? 🇮🇳

You could be paying more tax than required simply because the right documents haven't been submitted.

The good news? ✨
With DTAA (Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement), eligible NRIs may be able to legally reduce tax deductions on income like bank interest, rental income, investments, and more.

📌 In this carousel, you'll learn: ✅ What DTAA is
✅ Documents you may need
✅ Important Do's & Don'ts
✅ A quick checklist before the financial year ends

💬 DM "DTAA" with: 📍 Your Country of Residence
📍 Type of Indian Income (Bank Interest / Rental / Investments / Pension)

I'll help you understand which documents you should check before your next tax deduction.

Most people think an emergency fund is simply money sitting in a savings
account.

It isn't.

An emergency fund is time.

Time to search for the right job instead of accepting the first offer.

Time to recover from a medical emergency without borrowing.

Time to protect your family when life becomes uncertain.

Rohan was 31, worked as a software engineer in Pune, and had ₹3 lakhsaved.

He believed he was financially secure.

Then his company announced layoffs.

His job search took much longer than expected.

Months later, he accepted a lower-paying role—not because it was the rightopportunity, but because his savings were running out.

The lesson wasn't that he failed to save.

The lesson was that he underestimated how much time financial securityreally requires.

In today's hiring environment, many professionals are choosing to build anemergency fund that can cover around 12 months of essential expenses.

Not because they expect something to go wrong.
Because financial freedom begins with having enough time to make gooddecisions.

Take one minute today.

Calculate:

Monthly Essential Expenses × Number of Months Your Savings Can Cover That number tells you far more than your bank balance ever will.

DM me "EMERGENCY FUND" with your monthly essential expenses andyour current liquid savings.

I'll tell you whether you're financially prepared, getting there, or leaving
yourself exposed.
