The last date for electronic uploading of form e-704 for the Financial Year 2012-2013 is 15th January, 2014 and the last date for submission of above documents is
25th January, 2014.

Dealers not eligible to file Audit Report in Form 704 for 2012-13 are required to upload e-Return Annexures along with last return of F.Y. 2012-13. The due date for the said filing is 30th June 2013. For details refer Trade Circular No. 7T of 2012 dt. 24.04.2012.

Last date for filing of Form No.e-704 (Audit form u/s.61), for the period 2011-12, is 15th January 2013. "If you have received more than one Acknowledgement of Audit Report in Form-704, then submit any one of them while doing physical submission".
