A. Software Developer: PHP
Job Location: Pune
Education: BE/B Tech/MCS/MCA/BCS/BSc/BCA or equivalent
Experience: Min 2 years
Job Profile:
• PHP Developer with a passion for modern web technologies to help us build a stable and world class websites
• Build new features based business requirements
• Understand the specifications to define application requirements.
• Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document and deploy changes to the system.
• Unit Testing & automated build/deployment processes
• Participate in project planning application delivery and deployment.
Desired Skills
• BE, BSc, MCA graduates with min 2 years hand on experience in website development using PHP MVC frameworks(CodeIgniter, Yii)
• Used MVC design pattern, both server & client side.
• PHP / MySQL development experience in a Linux environment
• Excellent understanding of HTML/CSS, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, caching, sessions, and authentication, SQL queries and database schema design (MySQL).
• Use Source control tool (GIT), for bug tool (Mantis or Bugzilla)
• Knowledge of Wordpress will be added advantage
• Should have knowledge of web services and 3rd party APIs integration
• Should have good communication skills
B. PHP Team Lead leader
A Team Leader will mentor Associate Software Engineers, lead small development teams and act as an application owner. A Team leader will also develop, improve and maintain innovative software applications both independently and as part of a team. These responsibilities will require taking a lead role in design and code reviews, assisting with delivery estimates and providing feedback about all aspects of the process, while working with a variety of team members across the entire organization.
Job Description:
• Support programming & development of multiple projects
• Provide accurate time estimates for work based on verbal and written technical briefs
• Build new features/Customization based on project requirements.
• Effective working directly with business partners
• Monitoring and reporting project progress to managers and upper management
• Should lead a team of software developers
• Should handle client meetings
Desired Skills:
• BE, MCA graduates with min 4 years hand on experience in website development using PHP MVC frameworks (CodeIgniter, YII, Symfony, AngularJS etc).
• Have an agile mind and a mind for Agile; we want someone who lives and breathes the Agile software development methodology.
• Good in Analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing and document
• Juggle many complex projects, all with strict deadlines, simultaneously.
• PHP / MySQL development experience in a Linux environment.
• Must have experience of Wordpress or ecommerce(Magento) frameworks
• Experience in leading a small team and client communication
• Must have excellent communication skills
