This day marks 33 memorable years of our firm’s journey 🙏
From modest beginnings in a small home office to a 35-seater commercial set-up, we have grown steadily, building enduring relationships with our valued clients across India, Europe, and the Middle East 🌍💼

Over the years, we have evolved into a multi-disciplinary professional firm, offering a wide range of services including Audit & Assurance, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Regulatory Compliance, Finance Outsourcing, and more — backed by strong in-house capabilities and a panel of legal and compliance experts.

Guided by the ICAI motto song – “Ya Aeshu Suptaeshu Jagruti”, we firmly believe in upholding the highest standards of integrity and service.
We also view it as our social responsibility to train future Chartered Accountants, helping them grow as responsible professionals who follow the ICAI Code of Ethics, while working on their overall development. Bhandardhara – rain, hills, and a lot of laughs!

Our office offsite to Bhandardhara last week had everything — bonding games, a rain-soaked walk towards the Rattangad area, endless cups of chai, and plenty of good memories.

What made it extra special? The entire trip was planned by our articles – from the itinerary to the budget – with moral support from the seniors. And yes, they even wrapped it up with a positive budget variance! 🙌

All three partners were present, with Savita travelling all the way from Mumbai just to be with the team. That gesture meant a lot to everyone and made the day even more memorable.

There’s something about walking together in heavy rain, slipping on muddy trails, and sharing those little challenges that builds stronger bonds than any meeting ever could.

We came back drenched, tired, and happy — and with a team that’s just a little bit stronger than before. 🌧️🌿

Today, as we celebrate 32 years of our journey, we reflect on the immense gratitude we owe to all those who have supported us along the way. This milestone is not just about our professional achievements but about the people and relationships that have been the true pillars of our success.

To our clients – thank you for placing your trust in us over the years. Your confidence has been the foundation upon which we’ve built our practice, and we are truly grateful for your continued support.

To our staff, both past and present – your hard work, dedication, and belief in our mission have been instrumental in every milestone we’ve reached. We owe our progress to each of you.

To our partners, past and present – your collaboration and shared vision have helped us push boundaries and achieve more than we could have imagined.

We also owe a special thank you to our parents, whose blessings and guidance have been with us every step of the way, shaping the values that define us.
