On International Yoga Day, we took a break from our desks and daily routines to do exactly that.

What started as a few stretches, mindful movements, and moments of stillness turned into something much bigger a reminder that productivity begins with well-being.

Because a healthier mind brings better focus, a healthier body brings more energy, and together they help us show up as our best selves at work and beyond.
