Jurisdiction after GST Registration Transfer – Key Clarification
• Proceedings initiated by the earlier jurisdictional officer remain valid.
• After migration, all further proceedings will be handled by the new jurisdictional officer.
• The previous officer cannot initiate fresh proceedings after the transfer.
• The new jurisdictional officer will continue the case from the stage where it was transferred.

✅ Normal Due Date: 30 June 2026
✅ Additional Fee Waiver Available Up To: 31 July 2026
✅ Reason: MCA Data Centre restoration activities following the fire incident dated 05.06.2026.
Companies can file Form DPT-3 up to 31 July 2026 without payment of additional fees.
