Infosys announces a massive ₹18,000 crore buyback!
📅 Record Date: 14 November 2025
📅 Tender Window: 20 November to 26 November

🟦 Entitlement Ratio: 18%
👉 Meaning, for every 100 shares, 18 shares are confirmed for acceptance.
🔵 Acceptance Ratio is expected to be around 50%.

New rules of SEBI from 1st July :

🔘_As per new guidelines of SEBI for All Brokers, from 1st July 2017, Debit in Ledger won't be allowed more then 7 days i.e T+2 +5, for example if you traded on Monday n not paid the debit amt. on time, Then next monday u unable to trade in any segment unless that Debit get cleared in Ledger.
🔘 Clients wont get limit against stocks of demat or pull acc. to trade in *Cash* segment.
🔘 The Cheque If u gave on monday of debit amt. Or difference amt. (of loss), its subject to Realization. (so Online Transfer Advisable to trade instantly)
🔘Suppose you sell the stock on or before 7 days then too difference amt. Is to be clear & Ledger should be in Credit, then only able to make new Trade.
🔘_For F&O players stock given in pull account willbe considered to use in Span Margin only, once your debit is more then the span margin, difference amt. Should be clear immediately to trade further else no new trade possible only can square positions either side_
