HOT DIP GALVANIZING PLANT We are happy & Proud to announce that we have added a new plant for Hot Dip Galvanizing on Carbon Steel, CI , SG Iron for various different products. We have installed Zinc Kettle to take up Jobs up to 10mtr Length. The Plant is a state of the art plant with facilities like: Acid Fume extraction system, Zinc Fumes (White Fume) Extraction System, Enclosed Dryer for Preheating, High Velocity Fired Furnace with LGP as Fuel – Making the plant a clean energy plant. We specialize in carrying out Jobs for HDG of Radiators & Heat Exchangers. Our Initial capacity for HDG is 2500 MT yearly. We target to achieve this upto 35000MT yearly. To start with our own Product, we have added MS/GI Earthing Strips. GI earthing strip GI earth strip is connected to the actual earthing bar than it is OK to insulate with what ever means . In some places GI coated steel cables are used instead of insulated cables due to cost or deter thefts. What ever done the end result is you must get the required min earth resistance to meet your installations requirement MTC (material test certificate) & ZTC (zinc test certificate) is provided with the material The electrical system forms an essential part at the time for planning for adding installations in any of the constructions or any industrial plant. But many times, it is left out during the planning stage and are considered at the time of the final session. This involves a lot of cost and everything becomes very difficult and the smoothness in the overall process is disrupted. This is exactly where the hot dip galvanized earthing strips comes to the rescue. This can necessarily help in the achievement of the objectives in not only a cost effective manner but also help in the smoothening of the overall process.
