JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Primary role is to develop channel sales to the company.
• Responsible for Recruiting Risk Consultant, managing Risk Consultant, training Risk Consultant, and achieving sales targets for the team.
• Development of Channel module and business development
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with Risk Consultant and customers and ensuring maximum Risk Consultant and customer satisfaction by giving proper advice
• Renewal, retention, and control of loss ratio as per the objectives set by the company
• Developing a new force of Risk Consultant, taking unit meetings twice a month with Rewards and Recognitions, giving updates on new product and policies of the organisation with market updates to the Risk Consultant.
• Prior Experience in leading team
