Due Date for obtaining and furnishing TAR u/s 44AB extended till November 30, 2014 vide CBDT order Dated August 20, 2014 - F.No. 133/24/2014-TPL.
TAR filed u/s 44AB before July 24, 2014 shall be treated as valid.

The last date for submission of e-Return for the Q.E. 30.09.2013 under VAT, CST, WBST, Entry Tax & P. Tax Acts and also the last date for submission of Revised Return for Q.E. 31.03.2013 have been further extended upto 30.11.2013. The paper copies thereof have to be submitted within 7 days from the last date for submission of e-Returns.

The Due Date of filing Service Tax Return for the period 1st October 2012 to 31st March 2013 has been extended from 31st August 2013 to 10th September 2013.

The Offline Excel utility for filing half-yearly Service Tax Return (ST-3) for the period 1st Oct'12 to 31st March'13 is now available in ACES. The due date for the same was earlier extended vide Order No. 03/2013-ST dt. 23-04-2013 from 25th Apr, 2013 to 31st August, 2013.

Assessees can file their Central Excise and Service Tax Returns using following offline Excel Utilities/XML Schema by downloading the same from this page.

Long awaited ITR-4 Excel utility now available for download . With these release all individuals and HUF having income from business and profession can file their returns . Income Tax return due date for A.Y. 2013-14 non audit cases are 31.07.2013.

Service tax Assessees who are registered on or after 01.07.2012 and the service description is 'Other than in the Negative List' OR those assessees who have amended their Registration added the description 'Other than in the Negative List', are required to file amendment to their Registration online to delete the said description and add the relevant description(s) of Taxable Services available in the drop-down list in the online Amendment Form. Only after doing so, these assessees will be able to file their return for the period from July, 2012 onwards.
