Several significant events in Islamic history took place in the month of Ramzan (Ramadan):

1. Revelation of the Quran (Laylat al-Qadr)

The first verses of the Quran were revealed to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) on Laylat al-Qadr (The Night of Decree), which falls in the last ten nights of Ramadan, most likely on the 27th night.

2. Battle of Badr (17th Ramadan, 2 AH / 624 CE)

The first major battle in Islamic history, fought between the Muslims of Madinah and the Quraysh of Makkah. Despite being outnumbered, the Muslims, led by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), won with divine assistance.

3. Conquest of Makkah (20th Ramadan, 8 AH / 630 CE)

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his companions peacefully entered Makkah, marking the end of polytheistic rule and the widespread acceptance of Islam in the region.

4. Martyrdom of Ali ibn Abi Talib (21st Ramadan, 40 AH / 661 CE)

Imam Ali (RA), the fourth Caliph of Islam, was attacked while praying in Kufa and passed away on the 21st of Ramadan.

5. Death of Khadijah (RA) (Ramadan, 10 BH / 619 CE)

Khadijah (RA), the first wife of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the first believer in Islam, passed away in Ramadan. Her support played a crucial role in the early days of Islam.

These events highlight the importance of Ramzan in Islamic history, making it not only a month of fasting and worship but also a time of significant historical milestones.

The Euphrates in Islamic Eschatology.

The River Euphrates holds significance in Islamic eschatology (the study of end-times). Here's a key point based on Hadith (sayings and traditions of the Prophet Muhammad):

* A Sign of the End Times:

* A prominent Hadith speaks of the Euphrates River drying up, revealing a "mountain of gold." This event is described as a sign of the approach of the Day of Judgment.

* Specifically, a Hadith narrated in Sahih Muslim states that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:.

"The Hour will not come to pass before the River Euphrates dries up to unveil the mountain of gold, for which people will fight. Ninety-nine out of one hundred will die (in the fighting) and every man amongst them will say: 'Perhaps I may be the only one to remain alive.'"

This Hadith highlights:
* The drying of the Euphrates as a future event.
* The discovery of a treasure that will lead to intense conflict.
* The severity of the conflict, with a very high death toll.

It's important to note that interpretations of these eschatological events vary among Islamic scholars.

"Islam began with Adam (AS) and was completed with Muhammad (PBUH). One God, one truth, one path."

Adam (AS) was the first human and the first prophet, and he followed the religion of Islam—submission to the will of Allah. Islam teaches that all prophets, from Adam (AS) to Muhammad (PBUH), preached the same core message: worship one God (Tawheed) and follow His guidance.

However, over time, as generations passed, people began to deviate from the original teachings. Some altered the message, introduced their own beliefs, or mixed divine teachings with cultural and traditional influences. This led to the emergence of different religions and belief systems. Allah sent prophets, such as Noah (AS), Abraham (AS), Moses (AS), and Jesus (AS), to guide people back to the truth. But after each prophet, some of their followers distorted the message, leading to different religious paths.

Islam, as revealed to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), is considered the final and preserved message, restoring the original teachings of monotheism and guidance that Adam (AS) and all prophets preached.

"The Future of Islam: Its Global Emergence and Ultimate Triumph"

Islam teaches that the future of the world is ultimately in the hands of Allah, and there are various prophecies in the Quran and Hadith regarding the spread of Islam. Many Muslims believe that Islam will continue to spread across the world, as it has been growing steadily throughout history.

Islam's Global Growth

The Quran states: "He it is Who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth that He may make it prevail over all religions, though the disbelievers may dislike it." (Surah As-Saff 61:9)

Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) also mentioned in hadiths that Islam will reach every home, whether willingly or unwillingly.

End-Times Prophecies

Islamic eschatology (end-time beliefs) mentions that in the future:

1. The Rise of Imam Mahdi – A leader will emerge to establish justice.

2. The Return of Prophet Isa (Jesus, peace be upon him) – He will defeat the false messiah (Dajjal) and reaffirm true monotheism.

3. The Final Victory of Islam – After trials and tribulations, Islam will prevail as the way of life globally before the Day of Judgment.

While Islam continues to grow in influence and numbers worldwide, Muslims believe that true success lies in living righteously, spreading the message with wisdom, and trusting Allah's plan.

The Hidden Tax Trap!

Everyone celebrates when income up to ₹12 lakh is tax-free, but no one questions the GST they pay daily—on food, medicines, and essentials. Unlike income tax, which the rich pay more, GST affects everyone, even the poorest.

It's time we think beyond just direct taxes and understand how indirect taxes silently burden the common man. Are we really winning, or just ignoring the bigger picture?
