When will you be free from the requirement of MSME PAYMENT?
1. When you are going to file your return by showing 6% or 8% profit of your turnover - Section 44 AD
2. When you purchase capital goods or fixed assets from your seller.
3. When your seller is not registered with MSME Act.
4. When your seller is registered in MSME Act but is not micro (MICRO) or small (SMALL) category not in medium category.
5. Although your seller is registered in MSME but he is registered as a Trader.
Study Section 43(B)(h) and MSME Act thoroughly so that you can know who is required to make the payment first at this time.
