Public money must serve the public, not private ends.
Charity & faith are not private wealth in disguise. When lakhs of citizens donate and the State gives tax exemptions, the money carries a sacred public trust.
Large temples, trusts, waqf boards, churches & NGOs handling thousands of crores must meet the same standards of transparency & accountability we expect from any public institution.
No attack on religion. Just basic integrity.
