“AERONOVA” is successfully completing the Phase 3 tasks.
- In-house production of airship envelopes has been launched; the first prototypes have already been created.
- A license from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (Minpromtorg) and an ISO 9001 certificate have been obtained, paving the way for commercial activities.
- A contract has been signed with a factory in China for the manufacture of heat-resistant components for microturbines.
- The 44-meter NOVA-2 airship has been fully engineered.
To complete the implementation of Phase 3, $5,000,000 is required.
As of now, $3,000,000 has been raised.
By the end of June, a further $2,000,000 needs to be raised — and the company will move to Phase 4, where the most exciting part begins:
- assembly and inflation of the first large NOVA-2 airship,
- the first flight of NOVA-2, scheduled for fall 2026,
- a Guinness World Records submission.
Which specific records AERONOVA plans to set are outlined by Sergey Semyonov in a new video.
Also in this video, you will see:
- a tour of AERONOVA’s new office,
- drawings and mock-ups of the NOVA-2 airship,
- an exclusive interview with the project’s leadership — Fedor Konstantinov, Vadim Zubkevich, and Boris Ivchenko,
- footage from the production of envelopes and metal structures,
- answers to questions about licensing, certification, and the launch of mass production.
Be sure to watch the video to learn all the details about the “New Generation Airships” project, which may soon change perceptions of transportation and become a new unicorn in the market.
