Through Ajira Digital Program, KEPSA has been supporting this vision by preparing young people for , connecting them to digital opportunities, engaging the private sector and contributing to the growth of Kenya's digital jobs ecosystem. The National BPO Policy now provides a coordinated national framework to accelerate these efforts and unlock even greater for and people.
