2) Monthly Payroll – Helping in employees’ payment process and filing all the payroll deductions such as NSSF, PAYE, NHIF among others.
3) VAT returns- Computation of VAT and filing monthly returns
4) Annual Financial accounts – Preparation of the annual financial Statements: the profit & loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cashflow Statement etc and filing the Annual returns by the due date.
5) Training the Accounts Team- We identify the needs of your accounts team where one exists to bring them up to speed with the latest legal and regulatory requirements of the profession
To do this, you either send us scanned receipts and documents on a weekly/monthly basis or we physically pick the documents from your premises depending on the location. Thereafter, by the 5th of every month, we provide you with the monthly financial statements as well as any other agreed reports to help you make the right decisions regarding your business. From there we file on your behalf the necessary returns to the relevant authorities.
