វេទិកាពន្ធប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ នេះប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម គង់ វិបុល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រី​អម​នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និង​ជា​ប្រតិភូ​រដ្ឋាភិបាល​ទទួល​បន្ទុក​ជា​អគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានពន្ធដារ (GDT) និង Mr. HE Enjia ប្រធាន សមាគម TAFTAC អមដោយ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រី នៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានពន្ធដារ (GDT) ព្រមទាំងវត្តមានរបស់តំណាងសហគ្រាស និងសមាជិកនៃ TAFTAC ចំនួន500នាក់ នៅទីស្នាក់ការកណ្តាលនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានពន្ធដារ។

វេទិកាពន្ធដារ TAFTAC ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ប្រមូលផ្តុំមន្ត្រីរដ្ឋាភិបាល ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំអាជីវកម្ម អ្នកជំនាញពន្ធដារ និងតំណាងឧស្សាហកម្ម ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាគ្នាយ៉ាងមានអត្ថន័យលើបញ្ហាពន្ធដារសំខាន់ៗ និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមជាក់ស្តែងក្នុងអាជីវកម្ម។

វេទិកានេះលើកកម្ពស់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការកាន់តែរឹងមាំរវាងរដ្ឋបាលពន្ធដារ និងវិស័យឯកជន ដោយគាំទ្រដល់ការយល់ដឹងកាន់តែប្រសើរ ការអនុលោមតាមច្បាប់ តម្លាភាព និងបរិយាកាសអាជីវកម្មកាន់តែងាយស្រួលនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

វេទិកាពន្ធដារ TAFTAC ឆ្នាំ2026នេះ ផ្តោតលើបញ្ហាប្រឈមអាជីវកម្មពិតប្រាកដ និងដំណោះស្រាយជាក់ស្តែង ជាមួយនឹងការពិភាក្សាអន្តរកម្មដែលគ្របដណ្តប់លើការធ្វើសវនកម្មពន្ធ ការសងប្រាក់វិញអាករលើតម្លៃបន្ថែម កាតព្វកិច្ចពន្ធ CMT និង FOB និងការលើកទឹកចិត្តវិនិយោគ។

The Annual Tax Forum 2026 was held under the high presidency of H.E. Kong Vibol, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister, Government Delegate in charge as Director General of the General Department of Taxation (GDT) and Mr. HE Enjia, President of TAFTAC, accompanied by GDT’s leadership and officials, and attended by 500 representatives from enterprises and members of TAFTAC.

TAFTAC Annual Tax Forum 2026 brings together government officials, business leaders, tax professionals, and industry representatives for meaningful dialogue on key tax matters and practical business challenges.

The forum promotes stronger cooperation between the tax administration and the
private sector, supporting better understanding, compliance, transparency, and a more business-friendly environment in Cambodia.

This year’s Tax Forum focuses on real business challenges and practical solutions, with interactive discussions covering tax audits, VAT refunds, CMT and FOB tax obligations, and investment incentives. Participants were encouraged to actively engage, share experiences, and raise practical questions to promote better tax compliance and a more transparent, fair, and business-friendly tax environment in Cambodia.

This year coincides with the 55th anniversary of the establishment of the International Federation of Shoe Associations (CIFA), representatives of shoe associations from nearly 20 countries and regions, Government officials, representatives of enterprises and guests from international organizations gathered to exchange views on issues such as global shoe development, supply chain cooperation, industrial innovation, digital transformation and sustainable development, and jointly explore the future direction of the industry.

The State Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia, LCT Kha Leng, the President of the General Association of Cambodian Commerce and Industry Associations and the President of Cambodia's Footwear Chamber of Commerce, Tommy FONG, legal representative of the International Federation of Footwear Associations, and Allen LAI, Secretary General of the International Footwear Association, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. From Bangladesh, Mainland China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia,About 500 people from nearly 20 countries and regions such as Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippines, South Africa, China's Taiwan, Türkiye, Vietnam, Germany and Cambodia attended the meeting.

Neak Okhna Ly Kunthai said that as of February 2026, Cambodia has more than 200 footwear and footwear production enterprises. It has created nearly 190 thousand jobs and enjoyed preferential trade treatment from major markets such as the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, China, Japan, the Republic of Korea and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

K Professional Accountants has a great honor to sponsor dissemination workshop on “Sub-Decree on Administrative Penalties for Violations of the Law on Accounting and Auditing” in the Kingdom of Cambodia. The workshop was presided over by H.E. Bou Tharin, Director General of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator, accompanied by Ms. Nean Bony, Deputy Director General, along with management, officials and this workshop was attended by 500 participants, representatives from the members of the Chamber of Commerce, national and international associations, and the general public On Thursday, June 25, 2026, Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR) of Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (FSA).
This workshop was organized to disseminate the “Sub-Decree on Administrative Penalties for Violations of the Law on Accounting and Auditing” which defines the offenses, measures, and penalty amounts imposed on enterprises, non-profit Entities, accountants, and auditors. The objective is to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the enforcement of the Law on Accounting and Auditing.
On this occasion, H.E. Director General, the new sub-decree establishes various flexible mechanisms and lenient measures to ease the compliance burden for enterprises and non-profit Entities. These newly defined mechanisms aim to promote compliance through a supportive approach, serving as a vital factor in achieving the strategic objective set forth in the recently launched “Accounting and Auditing Sector Development Strategy for Cambodia 2025–2035” by FSA namely, “Strong, Transparent, and Trustworthy of Accounting and Auditing System.” Therefore, to achieve this goal, collaboration between the private sector and the Royal Government is essential under the approach of “Thinking Together, Acting Together, and Sharing Responsibility” to foster an attractive business and investment environment, while enhancing the resilience of our financial system and national economy. Implementing accounting and auditing obligations in good faith will help improve compliance and avoid any penalties. Furthermore, transforming accounting obligations into an “Accounting Culture” is an excellent behavioral shift towards advancing accounting compliance.
