គោលបំណងសំខាន់ៗនៃវគ្គសិក្សា៖ "ពីបច្ចេកទេស ទៅហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ"
វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរយៈពេល ២ ថ្ងៃ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងយ៉ាងពិសេសសម្រាប់បុគ្គលិកប្រតិបត្តិការ នៃក្រុមហ៊ុន ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ថាមពលអគ្គិសនី ដោយផ្តោតលើចំណុចយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រចំនួន ៤ ដូចខាងក្រោម៖
១. បំប្លែង "គីឡូវ៉ាត់ម៉ោង" ឱ្យទៅជា "ចំណូលសាច់ប្រាក់" ប្រកបដោយសុក្រិតភាព
✅ផ្តល់ឱ្យសិក្ខាកាមនូវសមត្ថភាពមើលឃើញ "រូបភាពទាំងមូល" នៃអាជីវកម្ម ចាប់តាំងពីការអាននាឡិកាភ្លើងនៅតាមបង្គោល រហូតដល់ការចេញវិក្កយបត្រ និងការប្រមូលប្រាក់ចូលបេឡា។
✅ធានាថាបុគ្គលិកគ្រប់រូបយល់ពីរបៀបនៃការគណនាថ្លៃភ្លើង (ទាំងលំនៅឋាន និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម) ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបជាមួយអតិថិជនបានច្បាស់លាស់ និងកាត់បន្ថយការតវ៉ា។
២. ប្រែក្លាយបុគ្គលិកទៅជា "អ្នកការពារទ្រព្យសកម្ម" របស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន
✅បណ្តុះផ្នត់គំនិតឱ្យចេះផ្តល់គុណតម្លៃ និងគ្រប់គ្រង ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធមានតម្លៃ (ដូចជា ត្រង់ស្វូ, ខ្សែភ្លើង, និងនាឡិកាភ្លើង) មិនមែនគ្រាន់តែជាឧបករណ៍បច្ចេកទេស តែជា "ទ្រព្យសកម្ម" ដែលត្រូវកត់ត្រា និងថែទាំ។
✅ចេះបែងចែកដាច់ស្រឡះរវាង "ការចំណាយជួសជុលកំប៉ិកកំប៉ុក" និង "ការវិនិយោគលើទ្រព្យធំៗ" (CAPEX vs OPEX) ដើម្បីឱ្យរបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីស្ថានភាពពិតរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន។
៣. បង្កើត "របាំងការពារ" ប្រឆាំងនឹងការកេងបន្លំ និងកំហុសឆ្គង
✅បំពាក់បំប៉នជំនាញ "ការផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ឯកសារ ៣ យ៉ាង" (3-Way Matching) មុននឹងធ្វើការទូទាត់ប្រាក់ទៅឱ្យអ្នកផ្គត់ផ្គង់ (ដូចជា EDC ឬអ្នកលក់សម្ភារៈ)។
✅ពង្រឹងការយល់ដឹងអំពី ប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងផ្ទៃក្នុង និង តារាងសិទ្ធិអនុម័ត ដើម្បីធានាថាគ្មានប្រាក់ណាមួយត្រូវបានចំណាយដោយគ្មានការត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងមានឯកសារយោងត្រឹមត្រូវ។
៤. ភាពជាក់លាក់ក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រងស្តុក និងការអនុលោមតាមច្បាប់ពន្ធដារ
✅លុបបំបាត់បញ្ហា "បាត់របស់ក្នុងឃ្លាំង" តាមរយៈការរៀនពីរបៀបគ្រប់គ្រង កាតស្តុក (Stock Card) និងបច្ចេកទេសរាប់ស្តុកជាក់ស្តែងសម្រាប់សម្ភារៈអគ្គិសនី។
