LD Solution, a leading provider of corporate strategic planning and business reform services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced ERP Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Colombo. Applicants must be highly organized and ready to drive system integration and project management initiatives across our operations.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
* Serve as the first point of contact for ERP project deliverables, managing relationships between technical teams, management, and end-users to ensure smooth communication.
* Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, and business processes to ensure seamless operations.
* Monitor project timelines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain professional client relationships to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Facilitate system training and provide ongoing support to internal teams.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ & ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
* Bachelorโs Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in project coordination, system administration, or client service.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (fluency required).
* Proficiency in Tamil and Hindi will be an added advantage.
