We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to manage both restaurant and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant and kitchen operations
Manage restaurant staff and kitchen staff efficiently
Maintain food quality and customer service standards
Handle staff scheduling and teamwork
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline
Coordinate smoothly between kitchen and service teams
Handle customer complaints professionally
Monitor stock and daily operations
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years experience at managerial level in restaurant or hotel industry
Experience in managing restaurant staffs and kitchen staffs
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
