The Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) announced the launch of the online Complaint Management System (CMS) on 15/05/2026. However, I have tried several times to open this link: https://reachus.cbsl.lk/, but it is not working from my side. Once I checked with the Central Bank team, they said it is working from their side. However, the Central Bank is just doing show-off kind of things. I complained to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka by writing letters and sending emails, but I could not see any proper action taken by the Central Bank. Standard Chartered Sri Lanka made a fraudulent agreement with me. I finalized one agreement, but my brother signed on behalf of me, and later I found that the agreement was completely different from what we discussed and approved. After a long fight and continuous follow-ups, I started moving forward with legal action. Only then did they admit they had made mistakes, but in reality, it was not just a mistake — it was fraud.
