Responsibilities
• Daily leave and attendance record and monthly summary
• Custodian for business center operations covering secretarial and clerical works
• Take care of front-office services – reception desk and telephone operator
• Correspondence register for internal and external documents
• Cooperate and ensure hygienic and well-organized workplace
• Provide necessary assistance to client service teams such as audit, taxation and others
• Liaise with government authorities: Interact with Labor Offices, IRD, SSB and other related authorities on administrative matters

Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in related field or any graduate. Diploma or Certificate in HR/Admin. is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Sagaing Current Update

The number of collapsed buildings, cranes, and excavators is completely unbalanced, many are needed

It has been 2 days since the earthquake, but there are still many people who have not been rescued, and most of them are still there

Bags to put in DB for those who have not yet been buried

😥 Some of the dead have not been taken out yet, so they are starting to smell

Clean drinking water (although it is near the river, the river water is very muddy due to the earthquake)

All the shops including the city market have collapsed, so you can't buy food and drink. More than money, you need goods

The rescuers are delayed because of the subsequent earthquake, which has caused a slight delay

Medicines, bandages, alcohol, Masks

The earthquake has not yet cleared the buildings, so people are sleeping outside, so they have to use mattresses and mosquito repellents.

Transportation: One of the two bridges connecting Sagaing and Mandalay has completely collapsed and is no longer usable. The other bridge is very dangerous because of the large cracks in the ground.
No large vehicles can pass through. Only small vehicles and motorcycles are allowed to pass a little at a time.

No foreign rescue teams have arrived yet.
International aid has not arrived yet.

Since the earthquake is in the epicenter, there is a lot of damage and there is no internet connection. Therefore, there is very little news.

No casualties or damage have been reported from monasteries and nunneries in the mountainous areas.
