We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Company Secretary to support our Corporate Secretarial team in ensuring full compliance with the Companies Act 2016, SSM regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements.

📍Location:
*Raynara Resources - HQ*

Key Responsibilities:

✅Assist in all aspects of corporate secretarial work to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly the Companies Act 2016.

✅Prepare board resolutions, meeting minutes, annual returns, and other statutory documents accurately and in a timely manner.

✅Maintain and ensure proper upkeep of statutory registers, company records, and legal documentation.

✅Proficient in using MYCOID and MBRS systems for regulatory filings with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).

✅Liaise with external parties such as regulators, legal advisors, auditors, and bankers on secretarial and compliance matters.
