In the Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) 2024*, the Malaysian insurance and takaful industry have reached a new milestone with the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rising to 88 points, up from 85 in 2022.
What’s more, we’re thrilled to announce that all four Zurich Malaysia entities have scored exceptionally high, outperforming the industry:
