SSM MEMPERKENALKAN SISTEM BAHARU - CORPORATE REGISTRY SYSTEM (CRS)

Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) akan memperkenalkan sistem baharu iaitu Corporate Registry System (CRS) sebagai sistem baharu yang menggantikan sistem-sistem legasi sedia ada termasuk portal MyCoID dan sistem-sistem berkaitan yang lain, selaras dengan agenda transformasi digital SSM.

Maklumat lanjut mengenai peralihan sistem ini akan dimaklumkan dari semasa ke semasa. Sekiranya mempunyai sebarang pertanyaan, hubungi SSM Customer Care (SSMCC) di 03-7721 4000 atau e-mel ke [email protected].

TARIKH AKHIR SERAH SIMPAN DOKUMEN

Pengguna disarankan menyelesaikan semua urusan serah simpan dokumen melalui MyCoID, e-Secretary dan kaunter sebelum tarikh akhir bagi mengelakkan sebarang gangguan.

Tarikh akhir:
18 Jun 2026: Kaunter Pejabat Negeri SSM Kedah, Terengganu dan Kelantan
19 Jun 2026: MyCoID, e-Secretary dan kaunter Ibu Pejabat, Selangor, Pulau Pinang, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Perlis, Sabah dan Sarawak

📌LINDUNG 24 Scheme📌
Procedure for Employer Selection:
✅ If Employee Has Only One Employer
👉No action needed.
👉No employer selection is required.
✅ If Employee Has Multiple Active Employers
👉Employee must choose one employer for LINDUNG 24 contribution deductions.
👉Selection must be made via the Lindung Faedah Portal within 30 days from notification / effective date (1 June 2026).
👉Employees without portal access must register first.
✅If Employee Does Not Choose Within 30 Days
👉PERKESO will automatically select based on priority order:
1. Employer used in benefit claim application (if applicable)
2. Employer with the latest contribution payment
3. Employer with the highest contribution amount
4. Employer with the highest number of contribution months
✅Employer Notification
👉PERKESO will notify the selected employer within 14 days if automatic selection is made.
