Umum semua sinonim dengan "Cash is King". Di dalam permainan chess, when you lose the King, you lose the game.

Pergerakan King terbatas dan hanya boleh bergerak selangkah sahaja, namun kuasa sebenar King adalah terletak kepada kuasanya yang menentukan kemenangan di dalam permainan. Sama juga seperti dalam Personal Finance, King itu adalah Cash Reserve kita.
Cash Reserve ialah simpanan tunai yang sangat penting untuk menghadapi cabaran kewangan yang tidak dijangka. It must be easily liquidated to cover day-to-day expenses and emergencies.

On the other hand, "Cashflow is Queen".

It dictates a higher probability of winning the game. Queen kelebihannya ialah ia boleh bergerak ke mana-mana sahaja, sama ada untuk menyerang mahupun bertahan. Sama juga seperti Cashflow, jika cashflow positif (duit keluar lebih sedikit dari duit masuk) bermakna ada lebihan untuk simpanan, pelaburan, urusan hutang, dan macam-macam lagi. Namun perlunya STRATEGI yang berkesan dan jika tidak, berterabur jadinya!
