Expectation of everyone reduce to Zero, today.
It was that sample statement, but it meaningful.
In real time, we have high expectations on our work, family, life and so on.
Without this expectation, we won't be disappointed or upset or angry.....
This all bad emotion come from our expectations.
And so he asked us... To share why u be here.... Joining this industry. What is your intention to be here.

Have been joining with financial industry 5 yrs pass. They main intention I joining this, I want to help more people who just graduated and family to be have basic protection knowledge or protection plan.
Over the years, my main focus is protection plan with comprehensive, what mean on comprehensive, it cover the main protection on Medical fees, critical illness, follow by life (hibah) and other.
Ocoz when we concern on protection, our task also more on claim proceed. No stop over the years on claim proceed. But I enjoy it, as can help other to claim back the money. It was really amazing, with I can help other with a little share and effort to do the sign up. Even sometime I get scold like nobody.... But I understand, they just too worry....
I remember my client told me a statement is ' We sign up medical plan then is an reason behind. It must be work during we need.' Ocoz, she is right! Just client always forgotten that is a waiting period‼️‼️
Over the years, I have up and down times. To be honest, I not the pushes Life planner. I do my work honestly, I want my client understand before sign up, and be sure they are able to commit it upto the age of protection. I tell my client, don't buy because ppl said u need. Buy with understand and commit with volunteers.
Remember protection is an long term commitment. You need to be cover, when u are alive, so it was really a long term commitment. Who sign up with me, they are very clear on it, and understand on it.
This is my intention when I join this industry until now. There is the give and take. When you are concern on helping, your may not be a sales topper but you enjoy what you do.
This is me... Who sign up the plan with me. They know who am I. And I like what I does.
