📌【Which Types of Employees Need EPF Contributions?】

If your employees fall under the categories below, EPF contributions are generally required 👇

✅ Permanent Employees
✅ Contract Employees
(whether hired daily / monthly / yearly)
✅ Part-time Employees
✅ Employees on Probation

⚠️ Important Reminder for Employers:

If salary has been paid
but EPF was NOT deducted,

👉 after 6 months,
the employer can no longer recover the employee’s EPF portion from the employee’s salary.

📢【 EzBiz Will Fully Transition to the SSM4U Portal! 】

Starting from 📅 24 May 2026,
Ezbiz Online will be fully migrated to the SSM4U Portal.

👥 Who will be affected?
🔸 Sole Proprietorship
🔸 Partnership

All registration and renewal matters previously handled via Ezbiz Online will now need to be processed through the SSM4U portal.

⚠️ Important for existing Ezbiz users:
✔ Log in using the SAME IC number registered with Ezbiz
✔ Click “Forgot Password” during first login
✔ Reset your password to complete the migration process

WAJIB PAMER PERAKUAN PENDAFTARAN PERNIAGAAN SSM

Setiap perniagaan perlu mempamerkan Perakuan Pendaftaran Perniagaan (sijil) di premis bagi membuktikan perniagaan anda berdaftar secara sah serta meningkatkan keyakinan pelanggan.

Kegagalan mempamerkan sijil boleh dikenakan tindakan di bawah Akta Pendaftaran Perniagaan 1956 [Akta 197], iaitu denda sehingga RM2,000 atau penjara sehingga 6 bulan atau kedua-duanya.

Jangan lupa, pamerkan perakuan anda hari ini!

【 2026 估税年税务减免清单 | Personal Tax Relief For YA 2026】
在 Tax Rate 的方面，跟往年 YA2025 的一样依然保持不变，但是在税务减免的部分相比 YA2025，YA2026 有稍微一些变动以及添加了新的项目～

1. 个人与基本减免 (Individual)
🔹 个人基本减免： RM 9,000
🔹残疾人士减免： RM 7,000
🔹个人教育费用 (Self Education Fees)： 最高 RM 7,000

2. 父母、伴侣与长辈 (Family)
🔹长辈医疗费用： 最高 RM 8,000 (包括医疗、牙科、特殊护理，需医生证明
🔹无收入伴侣 / 前妻赡养费： 最高 RM 4,000。
🔹残疾伴侣： RM 6,000。

3. 孩子相关 (Children)
🔹18岁以下未婚孩子： 每位 RM 2,000。
🔹18岁及以上全职学生 (A-Level, 预科等)： 每位 RM 2,000。
🔹18岁及以上全职学生 (大专/本科及以上)： 每位 RM 8,000。
🔹残疾孩子： 18岁以下 RM 8,000；
🔹18岁以上全职残疾学生额外 RM 8,000。
🔹婴儿哺乳设备 (2年扣一次)： 最高 RM 1,000。
🔹托儿费 (12岁以下孩子)： 最高 RM 3,000 【新更新】。

4. 医疗健康 (Medical) — 总额最高 RM 10,000
🔹严重疾病医疗费： (包括自己、伴侣、孩子)。
🔹生育治疗费用： (包括自己及伴侣)。
🔹所有认证疫苗： 最高 RM 1,000 【新更新】。
🔹牙科检查与治疗： 最高 RM 1,000。
🔹全面体检 / 心理健康咨询 / 自检设备 限额 RM1000。
🔹18岁以下孩子特定费用 (智力障碍评估/康复治疗) - 最高 RM 10,000 【新更新】。

5. 生活方式 (Lifestyle)
🔹 生活支出： 最高 RM 2,500 (书籍、电脑、手机、平板、网费、非工作相关的进修课)。
🔹额外体育/运动支出： 最高 RM 1,000 (运动器材、场地租金、比赛报名费、健身房会员费)。

6. 保险与储蓄 (Insurance & Saving)
🔹教育与医疗保险： 最高 RM 4,000。
🔹人寿保险与EPF： 最高 RM 7,000
(其中 EPF 强制/自愿缴付额最高 RM 4,000；人寿保费/自愿缴付 EPF 最高 RM 3,000)。
🔹私人退休计划 (PRS)： 最高 RM 3,000。
🔹社保 (SOCSO)： 最高 RM 350。
🔹 SSPN : 最高 RM8000

7. 设备、旅游与住房 (Others)
🔹基础辅助设备 (残疾人士使用)： 最高 RM 6,000。
🔹生活设备： 最高 RM 2,500 (EV充电设施、厨余机、CCTV) 【新更新】。
🔹国内旅游： 最高 RM 1,000 (本地景点门票/文化活动) 【新更新】。
首购住房利息减免：
🔹房价 RM 500,000 以下：最高减免 RM 7,000。
🔹房价 RM 500,001 - RM 750,000：最高减免 RM 5,000。
(需在 2025年1月1日至2027年12月31日期间签署买卖协议，连续扣除3年)。
