Tender Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil Engineering / MRT Project)
BASED IN SINGAPORE
Responsibilities:
• Lead the team of engineers and quantity surveyors to tender for constructioninfrastructureprojects (MRT, express way, land reclamation, etc)
• Overseecontracts, negotiate commercial terms conditions for contracts. Ensure compliance of contracts, drawings with regulatory specifications.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, partners, project managers, site supervisor, sub-contractors & suppliers.
Requirements:
• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying or its equivalent recognized by PE Board/BCA
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar role,at least 3 years in a leading position in tendering large LTA/MPA infrastructural projects.
• Strong knowledge in infrastructure/civilconstruction work, costing, local construction regulations and practices.
• Resourceful in procurement. Familiar with Singapore construction market.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be conversant in English and Chinese.
