Feeling great to meet and learn from all the outstanding leaders who are already 30-45 years in the business of insurance, everyone is humble and willing to share their story behind success.

Being oil and gas Engineer before join the industry have always influence me how to be a good advisor than an agent.

In mind there is always a call to ‘deploy’ the structure and system in agency and handing the agency as business not just a sales platform.

I’m glad that this round I have found the answer to my queries that it is the right things to do and it is the way to success!!

Now is the time to put it to action and kickstart it!
